Duties: |
Will be responsible for:
Cost reduction initiatives.
Quality and housekeeping improvements.
Efficiency improvements.
Maintaining standard operating procedures.
Controlling plant cost to meet/exceed annual budget
Employee training.
Placing safety as a high priority.
Supporting quality and all aspects of continuous improvements.
Providing leadership in motivating employees to function as a team.

Qualifications: |
Broad manufacturing qualifications/work. experience of at least 5 years.
Experience in managing a continuous 7 day operating schedule.
Strong employee relations/managing people skills.
Degree or comparable experience.
