Craft Insurance Center, Inc. Greensboro, NC employs over 40 experienced employees with over 100 Insurance Carrier relationships and 40 million in insurance premium. We are one of the largest agencies in Central North Carolina. We continue to have a rich history of service to our clients and community.
We are currently seeking experienced individual to service personal lines book of business. Position includes: New Business, Renewals, Underwriting, Placement of new lines of business, coordinate processing and payment of claims between customer and company, collect premiums, provide service and advice to clients and producers. |
Duties: |
Primary contact for clients.
Provide immediate response to agency clients and prospects.
Provide high quality service to clients via phone or walk-in.
Answer client questions and resolve problems.
Process miscellaneous changes, endorsements and cancellations.
Prepare policies and endorsement for delivery.
Maintain expiration list and suspense file.
Assist sales associates in application process and marketing.
Process new and renewal business, endorsements, claims, change request and cancellations.
Issue forms as required.
Maintain documentation of coverage.
Maintain electronic files.
Perform other functions as required. |
Qualifications: |
BA, BS, or BBA desired with 4 years related work experience.
Advanced insurance knowledge, possess CIC or CISR Designation (or in process).
Property and Casualty Insurance License. |
