We are one of the largest agencies in Central North Carolina. We continue to have a rich history of service to our clients and community. Currently we have a position open for Personal Lines Inside Sales Executive.
This position will be responsible for prospecting, soliciting and writing new Personal Lines of insurance. Provide a high level of service to existing accounts in order to maintain and increase volume. Manage receivables to ensure proper collection of agency-billed items.

Duties: |
| •Solicit new business prospects to maximize company and individual sales goals
•Provide high quality service to VIP clients including annual reviews and re-marketing of existing coverages.
•Provide marketing and support staff with properly completed applications and supporting documentation
•Review client/prospect risk exposures using client interviews, on-site visits, checklists, and loss history to develop appropriate coverage recommendations
•Review and ensure timely collection of client’s accounts receivable to maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.
•Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales tracking and provide sales reporting as requested by manager

Qualifications: |
| •Four-year college degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, but not required, a minimum of 4-6-years related Insurance Experience or equivalent.
•2 - 4 years of direct insurance sales experience.
•Must be a licensed insurance agent with both Property & Casualty, Life & Health License and Resident Brokers License Required
•Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and follow sales management discipline including sales forecasting, tracking and reporting
•Strong insurance regulatory compliance knowledge
•Possess strong personal computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Access
•Valid NC Drivers License with an acceptable driving record
