About the Job:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced, senior investment manager with a history of pitching and closing large ($500M+) deals. The right candidate will have a personal contact list of senior, decision-making contacts (CEO/CIO) at US-based pension funds, private equity companies, and the investment arms of other companies.
Our client is in the process of setting up a distressed real estate fund (up to $2 billion), and will need your assistance in setting up their investment firm.
