Description: |
As a growing, dynamic company located in the North Carolina Triad, thjis company is currently seeking candidates for a highly experienced Executive Secretary. This position will report directly to the President of the company.
The company's requirements are:
o Strong organizational skills
o Exceptional written and oral communication skills
o Excellence in composition of written correspondence, both confidential and complex
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
o Proven problem solving skills
o Edits, drafts and follows up with proposals, leases, agreements and other legal documents
o Will have served as Executive Secretary for a minimum of 5 years

Duties: |
• Manages the President’s calendars and schedules appointments for both professional and personal matters.
• Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
• Organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget.
• Prepares agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for corporate meetings.
• Takes and transcribes dictation and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents including contracts and leases.
• Performs complex and confidential secretarial functions including developing written correspondence. Responds to routine internal and external correspondence. Types memos, purchase requisitions, payment requests and other department forms and documents.
• Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
• Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings for all branches.
• Prepares the President’s weekly expense reports and monthly medical reimbursements.
• Maintains confidentiality on all matters.
• Reconciles corporate credit card account(s).
• Provides back-up support as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
