The HR Group partners with colleges to provide supervised internships for students majoring in Human Resources
Most of our interns have secured jobs after completion of internship with our company.

Duties: |
Job descriptions are developed with the intern to meet the requirements of the college program.
This assignment will include but is not limited to the following:
Assist with handbook projects; reviewing HR files; reviewing policies, Participate in training classes; research on new policies and laws.
Create electronic forms for use by Human Resource.
Review information on HRIS.
Research and recommend articles on current HR happenings for monthly newsletter.
Train staff on social media.

Qualifications: |
Prefer to work with individuals who are motivated and self starters.
Ongoing communications and feedback to schools. Letters of reference will be provided upon completion of internship.
This is an unpaid internship.
