We are seeking candidates for the position of Mechanical Engineer. This position is located in the Winston Salem, Greensboro, and High Point, NC area. Your opportunity is to create business relationships with large manufacturers, hospitals, universities and other end users of our products and services using your technical skills, organizational skills, and customer knowledge.

Duties: |
The successful candidate may have a combination of the following:
• You may have influenced and educated end users about services and products related to the HVAC industry.
• You will have assisted end users in applying new technology and services to their current and future facilities to providing better, economical building environments.
• Identify revenue opportunities with end customers' through direct communications, programs and other activities as needed.
• Making regular end user contacts to develop relationships and follow up on leads establishing long-term, ongoing repeat sales opportunities.
• Maintaining up-to-date understanding of customer /industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets.
• Most likely you have prospected and generated sales.
• Identify appropriate contacts, and build business relationships.
• Candidate could be knowledgeable of energy efficient upgrades, Certified Energy Manager/Engineer.

Qualifications: |
As the successful candidate you may have the following:
• Prefer Mechanical Engineering Degree. Other degrees and experience in facilities management will be considered.
• Work experience should include a minimum of 3 years in a sales or sales support role, and/or facilities/physical plant experience with emphasis in HVAC and/or mechanical contracting.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
• Superior communication skills are required, both written and oral.
• Ability to sense and relate observations to business opportunity.
• Good driving record.
Candidate may have CEM or HVAC energy management experience.
