Must have a current NC Mortgage Loan Officers license. We originate FHA, VA, USDA Govt Loans, as well as conforming and nonconforming products.
Ability to work from home an option or office furnished. Must be motivated and willing to go for the business. A good realtor base is an important asset. In house Processor available.
Commissions up to 70% of fees earned.
